Let’s grace the month of peace! As we enjoy the spring season, we are compelled to remember that it’s not only bright colours that reflect peace, but indeed, this is the month of peace. As some of our lovely FINITE readers might be aware, September 21st of 1982 marked the official peace day celebration which has continued since that year.
There are many ways that people can celebrate peace love in their particular worlds and we are no exception. We need to make peace love a natural state of mind that should be celebrated daily throughout the year.
We look at people whose initiatives mean nothing but to promote peace and found no person other than ‘Nesoang Mpota who scooped the Miss Vodacom PCFM crown more suitable. She reveals her true self on page 32 as our FINITE personality feature. We also took the moment to know about her first princess being Nthabiseng Mpakanyane on page 14 as our personality feature. We also look talk about an inspiring Beautiful Gate, a home that has been made selflessly on page 46.
Coming to business, two striking ladies ‘M’e ‘Matsuna Phafane and ‘M’e 'Mamoji Letsapo reveal how their hard work (which still continues) has managed to make them successful women on pages 22 and 25 respectively. Our FINITE personality, Nelson Monyamane reveals his passion for Human Resource on page 50. Dunamis, our popular musician who is making it tells us about his upbringing on page 57. Nkesi and the Rainbow Queens is the replica of Mahlathini from Lesotho on page 54.
During this month of peace, keep contributing your thoughts towards a significant input in another person’s life, no matter how little. A FINITE life is not made in one day. It is a journey. Yours and mine!
